This world has an uninvited guest - the coronavirus. Please let us do everything to stop this virus!

We kindly ask you to comply with the following guidelines:

• Please adhere to the distance requirement of 1.5 meters, better still 2 meters
• Wear a mouth and nose protection if you are not able to comply with the distancing requirement
• Observe hand hygiene and a correct cough and sneeze etiquette
• Only use elevators alone or as a family
• Ventilate regularly and set your room window to „tilt“ upon departure
• Please also observe the rules of the individual federal states and regions

Please let us know if we are allowed to clean your room if you stay for several days or if, due to the current situation, no employee of our house should enter your room. If you have forgotten your mouth-nose protection, ask at the reception. You will find disinfectant liquid and/or disinfectant wipes in our public areas. In line with the current situation, we have adjusted the service in our breakfast and restaurant area. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure you have a pleasant and safe stay in our house with the appropriate hygiene standards and cleaning routines.
